BEAST
BEAST is a 1 hour bodybuilding inspired class that will get you more gains, in less time. This class emphasizes form, using slow and controlled movements to train aesthetics while building strength and by incorporating split training, each class focuses on different muscle groups. You'll get a better workout by targeting specific muscle groups with extra days for recovery, minimizing the possibility of overtraining while ensuring maximum intensity and growth to that given muscle group.
