    • To master the moves from all six elements: Traveling Forms, Switches and Transitions, Wrist Mobility, Activation, Form Specific Stretches, and Flows
    • The purpose and function of each Animal Flow® movement, along with the bio-mechanical processes
    • How body-weight training in general, and Animal Flow® in particular, utilizes the kinetic chain to improve human performance
    • How to assess clients’ readiness for Animal Flow® movements, and regress and progress the movements as needed
    • Methods for maximizing the integration of Animal Flow® into overall fitness program design, including utilizing for dynamic warm ups, interval training, circuit training and high intensity interval training;
    • Methods for utilizing Animal Flow® for assessments, postural correction and injury prevention
    • To cue, coach and correct your clients so that they can drastically improve their mobility, strength, endurance and power through their Animal Flow® workouts.
