    Customer Relations Officer

    It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will meet and exceed member's expectations by providing efficient and courteous Front Desk service. The incumbent will be providing various services and products to the members and must always be representative of the brand.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Will be responsible for the check-in process, collecting payment for monthly membership dues, managing retail section.
    • Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
    • Generate sales leads.
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
    • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

    Requirements:

    Technology Executive (UX UI)

    Seeking for a passionate developer with client-first mentality that is keen on taking on a new challenge to shake up the traditional industry with technology. You will be working in a highly supportive and flexible environment, driven by performance and quality of deliverables.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Your main role will be maintaining and further developing the current platform's UX UI (directions provided, open to new ideas too).
    • Manage and solve any bugs discovered in the current infrastructure.
    • Support and tend to requests of other departments including building report module.

    Requirements:

    • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Certifications from independent bodies or self-learned can apply.

    HR and Admin Executive

    Responsibilities:

    • Be responsible for handling full spectrum of HR duties such as recruitment, payroll, leave management and monitoring staff attendance.
    • To update employees’ leaves, allowances, benefits etc before processing payroll.
    • To ensure timely submission of all statutory reports such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.
    • To prepare HR letter for recruitment, termination or warning.
    • To ensure HR records are well-maintained, updated and accurately reported.
    • To update information on workforce changes such as new hires, resignation or departmental transfers.
    • Be responsible for foreign worker and expatriate management, visa transaction matters, visa renewal and others relevant.
    • To handle employee’s insurance renewal and claim matters.
    • To conduct and assist staff orientation program and appraisals.
    • To handle employee’s grievances and staff disciplinary issues.
    • To maintain HR files and providing general office administrative support.
    • To carry any adhoc task required by the Management from time to time.

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
    • At least 1 to 3 years of working experience in the related field.
    • Good knowledge in Employment Act and Labour Law is a plus point.
    • High level of ethics and prioritise confidentiality.
    • Have a can-do attitude, positive and people-oriented, multi-tasking, proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
    • Responsible, meticulous, tech-savvy and organised.
