    Customer Relations Executive

    It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will meet and exceed member's expectations by providing efficient and courteous Front Desk service. The incumbent will be providing various services and products to the members and must always be representative of the brand.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Will be responsible for the check-in process, collecting payment for monthly membership dues, managing retail section.
    • Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
    • Generate sales leads.
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
    • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
    • Go the extra mile to engage customers.

    Requirements:

    • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field.
    • At least 1 year of working experience, however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication service skills, enjoy dealing & interacting with people.
    • Customer-orientated and able to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
    • Team player, Self-motivated and self-directed.
    • Organised, able to work in a high volume, fast-paced working environment.

    Technology Executive (UX UI)

    Seeking for a passionate developer with client-first mentality that is keen on taking on a new challenge to shake up the traditional industry with technology. You will be working in a highly supportive and flexible environment, driven by performance and quality of deliverables.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Your main role will be maintaining and further developing the current platform's UX UI (directions provided, open to new ideas too).
    • Manage and solve any bugs discovered in the current infrastructure.
    • Support and tend to requests of other departments including building report module.

    Requirements:

    • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Certifications from independent bodies or self-learned can apply.
    • At least 2 years of working experience, however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Passionate about the latest developments in the technology and/or fitness industry and are able to pick up trends and suggest creative solutions to the team.
    • Independent, self-motivated and able to work on your own with little supervision.
    • Highly customer-orientated in terms of design and able to adapt/respond to issues and challenges.
    • Organised, able to work in a high volume, fast-paced working environment.
    • Preferably fluent in Java Script as you will be using React Native.
