    Customer Service Representative

    It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will meet and exceed member expectations by providing efficient and courteous Front Desk service. The incumbent will be providing various services and products to the members and must always be representative of the brand.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Will be responsible for the check-in process, collecting payment for monthly membership dues, managing retail section.
    • Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
    • Generate sales leads.
    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
    • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.
    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
    • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

    Requirements:

    • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field.
    • At least 1 year of working experience, however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication service skills, enjoy dealing & interacting with people.
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
    • Team player, Self-motivated and self-directed.
    • Organized, able to work in a high volume, fast-paced working environment.
    • Well-groomed.
    • Fluent in English.

    Digital Marketing Executive

    Responsibilities:

    • To plan and implement organization’s social media marketing strategy.
    • Manage the company’s social media platforms.
    • Conduct research on current trend of social media practices in the market.
    • In charge of performing scripting, copy writing and/or write up
    • Identify any new digital marketing trends and continuously look for new ways to reach out to customers through social media platforms
    • To track the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns, and landing pages
    • To provide creative ideas for content marketing in websites, social media and mobile application
    • To make use of analytic tools to monitor traffic and sales performance to the company’s website
    • To suggest recommendations for improvements

     

    Requirements:

    • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Creative Multimedia, Advertising, Communications, Marketing or equivalent
    • At least 3 years of working experience, however fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Possess good knowledge in digital, social media marketing, website content management, design, creative and production scope
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication service skill.
    • Team player, Self-motivated and self-directed.

    Creative Executive

    Responsibilities:

    • In charge of design works for product catalogue
    • In charge of in-house product shooting and manage product photos
    • Manage Facebook and Instagram posts
    • Create and manage Youtube videos, copy writing, editing etc
    • Working closely with the Marketing, Branding, PR members
    • Responsible for brand creative including new artwork such as product imagery, single page and multipage material (leaflet, brochure, poster, name card, user guide etc) and technical touchpoint
    • Responsible for creating content which includes, shooting, editing etc
    • Support ad-hoc activities

     

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor Degree in Art/Design or in a related field
    • Minimum 2 years’ of working experience as a creative designer. Fresh grads are encourage to apply
    • Good time management and multitasking skills in executing projects
    • Multimedia design, Web design, Advertising Art or any related position with high proficiency in adobe
    • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro
